Private sessions are customized to meet the individual’s specific needs, focusing on therapeutic benefits for stress, injuries or emotional reasons. Private students will benefit from receiving my complete focus and attention, without the distraction of other students.
I will start with an assessment. Then I will create a program of yoga sequences according to the individual’s goals. Time during private sessions will be spent on postural alignments and breath work. Students will receive hands on adjustments to ensure that they develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.
With a regular yoga practice, transformation can happen on a physical, mental and emotional level.
