Employees are more likely to make better decisions at their workplace and can encourage more productivity. Yoga can also foster a more positive attitude towards co-workers. All it takes is an hour during the workday for them to focus on deep breathing in order to achieve relaxation and quiet the mind.

Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and custom designed to meet the needs of your employees. All shapes and sizes of students are welcome, regardless of fitness or flexibility level. I offer a safe and detailed approach to all postures with attention given to body ailments commonly experienced at work.

 

CLASS FORMAT

 

Yoga classes can be conducted during lunchtime, before or after work. Each class is 30-50 minutes long.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

 

A quiet, open and comfortable space, large enough for your group size, e.g. a boardroom, conference room, auditorium, empty office room, gymnasium, or lunchroom. Each person will need a yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing. Props such as, straps and blocks, can be supplied as needed.
